LegalTerms of use
Rules for using the lidge.pro website and digital products of Lidge Technologies under the laws of Ukraine.
Effective date: 6 August 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern access to https://lidge.pro (the “Website”) and the use of materials, services and digital products of the IT company Lidge Technologies (“Company”, “we”).
By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.
The relationships of the parties are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
2. Description of services
The Website provides information about the Company and its email outreach service — running campaigns on a client request (message preparation, list handling, sending, reporting).
At this stage requests are accepted via Telegram and other official channels. A client account on the Website may appear later and will be covered by additional rules.
By ordering the outreach service, the client confirms they have the right to use the provided recipient lists. The Company may refuse an order if there are grounds to believe the campaign is unlawful or creates unacceptable risks.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website lawfully, in good faith and without infringing the rights of the Company or third parties.
You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers or related systems; distribute malware; disrupt the Website or create excessive load; copy, scrape or mass-extract content without permission; use the Website for fraud, spam or misleading users; infringe intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual property
All Website materials — texts, design, logos, graphics, structure, software code and other objects — are the intellectual property of the Company or are used on lawful grounds, unless otherwise expressly stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish or commercially use Website materials without the Company’s prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by the laws of Ukraine.
Names of third-party products, brands and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their owners and are used for information only.
5. User content and inquiries
By submitting a message through the contact form or otherwise providing materials to the Company, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate the law or third-party rights.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use the submitted information as needed to respond to your inquiry, review collaboration proposals and improve services.
The Company is not obliged to publish user materials and may remove inquiries containing insults, spam or unlawful content.
6. Third-party links
The Website may contain links to Telegram channels, social networks, third-party services and external resources. Such resources are not controlled by the Company.
The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or actions of third-party sites and services. When following an external link, you do so at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website and the information on it are provided “as is” and “as available”.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website, absolute accuracy, completeness or currency of all materials, or fitness of the information for any particular purpose, unless otherwise expressly provided in a separate agreement.
Information on the Website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a public offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ukraine, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data or reputational harm arising from the use of or inability to use the Website.
The Company is not responsible for failures caused by user actions, internet providers, third-party services, force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at /privacy and the laws of Ukraine on personal data protection.
10. Changes and suspension of services
The Company may at any time change the Website structure, update materials, add or disable features, and temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security reasons.
We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination of access
If you violate these Terms or the laws of Ukraine, the Company may restrict or terminate your access to the Website or specific features without prior notice where necessary to protect the rights of the Company, users or the security of services.
