1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of users of https://lidge.pro (the “Website”) is processed and protected by the IT company Lidge Technologies (“Company”, “we”).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other applicable laws of Ukraine.

By using the Website, submitting the contact form or otherwise providing personal data to us, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Data we may receive

Data you voluntarily provide in the contact form or when communicating with us: name, email address, message text and any other information you choose to share.

Technical data that may be collected automatically when you visit the Website: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, page URL, referral source, cookies and similar technologies, as well as server logs needed for security and stable operation of the Website.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data (such as health, political views or biometric data) unless you voluntarily provide such information yourself.

2.1. Email lists when providing outreach services

When ordering the email outreach service, a client may provide the Company with email address lists and related fields (for example, a name) to prepare and run a campaign.

The client confirms they have a lawful basis to message those recipients and that transferring the list to the Company does not violate third-party rights or the laws of Ukraine.

The Company processes such lists only to fulfil the client’s order (preparation, format checks, sending, reporting) and does not use them for its own marketing or sell them to third parties.

After the campaign and the period needed for reporting and protecting the parties’ rights, lists are deleted or anonymised unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

3. Purposes of processing

to respond to your inquiries and outreach service requests;

to prepare and run email campaigns on the client’s instructions;

to operate, secure, administer and improve the Website;

to analyse anonymised traffic statistics for service development;

to comply with the laws of Ukraine and protect the Company’s legitimate rights.

4. Legal bases for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, the need to handle your requests before entering into a contract or while providing services, and the Company’s legitimate interests — in particular Website security, abuse prevention and service improvement — provided this does not override your rights and freedoms.

5. Retention period

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or for the period required by the laws of Ukraine.

Contact form messages are normally kept for the time needed to handle the request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required to protect the Company’s rights or comply with the law. Technical logs may be kept for a limited period needed for security and diagnostics.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data may be processed by service providers engaged by us (hosting, infrastructure, communication tools, analytics) who act on our instructions and must ensure an appropriate level of information protection.

Disclosure to public authorities is possible only in the cases and manner provided by the laws of Ukraine.

to obtain information about the conditions of access to personal data;

to withdraw consent to processing and object to processing in cases provided by law;

to protect your rights before competent authorities or in court.

To exercise these rights, send a request through the Website contact page or the Company’s official Telegram channels. We will review the request within a reasonable period set by law.

10. Children’s data

The Website is not intended for collecting children’s personal data without parental or legal guardian consent. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without such consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that data.

We may update this Policy if the law, our services or our processing practices change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
